Sand dollars actually have many different names such as; sea cookie, snapper biscuit,
and pansy shell. Here in Florida we see sand dollars constantly but for those of you who many not know, sand dollars are burrowing flat sea urchins. These little furry fellas are know for hiding in the sand, being washed ashore, and having a flower like deisgn on their tops. Faithful beachcombers all know of the hours passed combing the water looking for sand dollars. Now all the work is done for you! We have brought you, straight from the design lab, these little hand carved crocodile wood double flared sand dollar plugs. These light wood plugs are Sold as a pair, these traditional saddle gauges have the sand dollar design on one side so you can still wear them to show off the delicate stripes of the crocodile wood.
