Delivery Info / Terms & Conditions


Shipping within the US: Standard shipping for small orders is via USPS First Class Mail (3-6 business days). You can upgrade the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) or USPS Express Mail (1-3 days). Orders must be received by 9 am for same day shipping. All items are discreetly packaged and labeled.

International Shipping: Standard shipping for small orders is via USPS First Class Mail International (2-4 weeks). You can upgrade the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Express Mail (3-6 days).

Payment via Credit Cards or PayPal:

We are happy to process orders via Credit Card or PayPal. To ensure proper processing, create the order by adding items to the cart, which will calculate appropriate shipping charges. Be sure to include a complete shipping address during check out. If you pay via PayPal, we will notify you upon shipping with the tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking email, please vist our Order Status page and enter your order number along with shipping zipcode.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: We care about you and all of our customers! For health reasons, organic earrings / body jewelry that have been worn cannot be returned!

Exchanges and retuns are permitted provided items are not worn or damaged. Items for exchange or refund must be returned within 20 days of delivery. Please contact us with:

    1. Reason for return or exchange
    2. Order number
    3. Item number of the product you want to return
    4. The item number of the product that you would like in exchange. Please include a second choice in the event your first choice is not available
    5. Your email address along with your shipping address if you are exchanging items.

We will contact you with an RMA number along with the proper return address. Enclose a note with the order number and RMA number with your return.

Invalid Address:

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please let us know ASAP. We generally ship within 1 business day, so if you do not let us know of any address changes within a few hours of the order, your item will ship to the address given at checkout. Unfortunaly if your order is returned to us, YOU will be charged for any reshipment costs.

Refused Delivery:

If for any reason you decide you do not want your order and your order comes back to us. YOU will be charged the following: shipping to your address, any shipping costs to ship the items back to Bandaru, and a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!


We will send you a printed catalog upon request. Since we update our product selection frequently, our online store always represents our most current offerings.
